We will work with a coursebook but also use related articles to enhance the coursebook content and broaden your vocabulary. You can practise your grammar, enjoy communication games and discussions on interesting topics.

Practise and improve your spoken English by talking about everyday topics such as free time, news items, travel, experiences and plans. With real-world language, for example from videos and short texts, you will engage in lively activities and spontaneous conversations. In addition you will improve your listening skills and understanding, and expand your vocabulary. A strong focus is placed on communication and interaction with the other participants and the teacher, making learning both social and enjoyable.

We will read authentic articles on topics of every kind, from art, culture and music, to current affairs, environment and nature topics. Participants who are looking to enjoy more speaking opportunities, and to improving their current level of English, will benefit from this course.  Course material will be provided.
